Rachel Oliver, Managing Consultant, is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development. She is an experienced and intuitive HR professional with more than 18 years generalist HR and T&D experience. Her original background is from the global manufacturing industry, where she was involved at a senior management level. However, her experience now transcends the private, public and third sectors industries.
Rachel is able to provide both tactical and strategic solutions for any business. She has significant experience in all areas of management support from recruitment, training & development to organisational change and senior interim management. Her key strengths are strategic planning, organisational design, employee relations and performance management. She is also Level A & B qualified with the BPS. Rachel is able to provide an intuitive service to clients and leaves them with sustainable solutions that a business can use to manage their HR activities into the future.
